TERMS OF BUSINESS

  1. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. I will confirm price before shipping.

  2. VISA, Mastercard & American Express payments are now available, please phone me with your credit card details. Payment may also be in the form of a money order or a personal cheque (items held until cheque clears),please make payable to North West Medal or Gary Somerfield; cash gratefully accepted for personal transactions.

  3. All items are sold as genuine unless otherwise stated.

  4. Medals may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase for a refund less shipping costs; providing medal(s) are in same condition as sold.

  5. Any item subsequently found to be fake, renamed or not entitled to bars may be returned for a refund.

  6. Shipping charged at cost. Typically $25.00 registered post. Expresspost within Canada typically $15-25

  7. FLEXIBLE LAYAWAY PLAN AVAILABLE.

  8. Ontario residents subject to 8% PST. Canadian residents must add GST/HST as it applies.
